All buyers meet the following criteria

  • Are a Canadian citizen or permanent resident 
  • Are looking to buy a home in the GTA • Halton, Peel, Dufferin, Simcoe, York, Toronto, and Durham
  • Are purchasing the home as a primary residence
  • Are able to invest at least 5% of the home value towards the down payment at the time of purchase
  • Are able to qualify for the mortgage amount needed to buy a home with one of our approved lenders üAre prepared to sell their home within 10 years
